I’m having the same problem with my hub 3. Solid red light despite rebooting, unplugging etc. I have internet which drops out from time to time, but looking at this forum, it looks like I may need a new hub. I can’t seem to get in touch with anyone so I thought I’d try here.

Sorry to hear you are having an issue with the Hub and red light.
We do need to swap this over for you.
Can you please make sure the hub is in a well ventilated place away from any direct source of heat.
If you don't mind, I will need to send you a private message to pass security so we can arrange a replacement.
If you can check the purple envelope top right of your screen that would be great.
