Received router and self install kit today, but no where to install

What can I do, are there any Virgin staff on this forum who can help

You can also check for a loose cable as not all properties have a socket. Look outside for a brown or grey VM box on the wall and trace the cable to the inside. If it is a loose cable only, you will need one of these to connect the Quickstart cable. https://www.diy.com/departments/slx-f-type-satellite-cable-coupler/5028422001905_BQ.prd

If you can't find any cable, then a technician visit will be required.  Wait here a day or two for a VM Mod to pick this up, or phone in.

Sorry to hear you cannot find anywhere to install your kit, so there is no sockets anywhere located in your house?

Please be aware sometimes they may say 'NTL' on them this is fine.
