Set up the new hub then realised there were no phone connections in the box.

Assuming you mean you are missing the adapter, you can wait here a few days and the Virgin Media staff can probably order one for you, assuming your phone does indeed come through the internet and not the old, traditional way.

Is it a replacement hub? If so your landline phone will stay the same, using the old phone wires. If it’s a new install and you opted for a phone connection then phone customer services and report it.

Thanks for posting and welcome to the community.
The hub's telephone port one is where the phone wire would go but we need to book the migration in first so for now it's as normal.
