Rebooking installation

I missed the first appointment due to something coming up last minute. I ask the engineer to swing back later in the day but to call me before. He was kind enough to say that was alright but I’ve not heard anything since. I’m unsure how to rebook someone to come out again. I’m currently away on holiday and it’s my boyfriend who will be there but he works so I would need to book a time slot not just a 15 minute notice call

I am very sorry to hear that you have missed this installation! Have you been able to contact us since posting to book another? 

Unfortunately we cannot guarantee an exact time and we instead give 4 hour time slots that the installation could be within.
