Virgin Media service not available at the property but next door neighbours have it

I am having the same issues, there are virgin cables leading into my house however there are no services available for me apparently. My house is a new build but cables are installed already

Sorry to hear of the difficulty faced when trying to get our services installed for your newly built home.

Can you please confirm if you have directed this to the company that has built these homes?

It's fairly common practice that they will have an agreement in place to offer our services to residents moving into the homes, and can on occasion, also offer exclusive new customer deals too.
