Hi guys! 

unfortunately I’m having the same issue…

I’ve just moved into a new flat and there’s a hub already here that I want to create a new account for and purchase broadband to use with this router. Do you know how I can create an account and purchase a package so that I can connect this router without having to get a new router delivered? Thanks

I dont think that's possible as hubs are matched via a serial number to the account of the customer. if its been left behind then that's odd as if they were taking there service to the new property they would've had to take the hub with them and if they terminated the contract then virgin would always ask for the hub to be returned more than likely theyll get a charge for unreturned equipment
