Telewest box

Hi, I have the same issue. A very old Telewest box and would also like the box moved (only by about a foot). I tried to discuss this on the phone but was told there was nothing Virgin could do. Are you able to help me book an engineer appointment? Thanks!

VM can move the box - you dont say if its the internal one or the external - external can be more difficult if the cable is not long enough but staff here should be able to book something - whichever box it will cost you £25 for a non fault callout

As -tony- has advised if the move is internal we can get this arranged with a cost of £25. 

The external box would require investigation first.
