I have a similar scenario where I live on a private road. I recently attended a road Fund Meeting (the homeowners contribute to roadworks and pavements refurbs) and we are planning on replacing all the pavements in our area.
We are interested in knowing if VM are intending to expand their network into our area and if not if its possible to find out if they would be willing too at any point as BT Openreach don't have any plans to do so under their current 2026 expansion goals?
Knowing this information would help us plan when to do the upgrades to our pavements as we wouldn't want to redo them again after they get damaged with patch worked overlays (as its a cost to us as the homeowners to replace it all again to look tidy)
