Hi,
I'm also looking to order a pod and have no ide how to go about it?
It says I should be offered the option in the connect app but despite getting 3mb and 7mb in certain rooms (on my M500 Volt package) nothing ever pops up.
Can anyone help?

Please can you try the below steps usng the Connect the app:-
You might also be able to order one by running a service check online

- Wait 2 mintues for Scan

I've tried all of those steps but I never get a prompt about ordering a pod in the Connect App. I'll keep trying tomorrow maybe.

It’s easy. Just find a telephone number in the internet. Explain the problem .request for a Pod . Answer the automated security questions for 15 mins. Wait 39 mims . Get disconnected . Repeat when you are next available. Do as above again. Talk to a nice call centre helper for 1.5 hours whilst she battles with the computer system/prompted questions etc. Answer basic questions again .
Then to be fair all is good , a Pod will be ordered, for £5 delivery or collect at local shop. All then automated and pick up all good.
I am now in the 24 hour period to see if one Pod is sufficient to fix the problem . Otherwise repeat ….
