I have been a continuous customer of Virgin Media for the past 15 Years
I am moving to a new build house Emsworth PO10 and wish to be connected
customer services do not recognise 2a, but Beach Rd is wired with many houses connected including 2 Beach rd!
I have installed cable ducting under front garden ready for connection as cable is outside front wall
I have spent at least 12 hrs over 10 attempts to resolve the query but the operators do not recognise the new build!
Simply put I want to remain with VM but nobody wants to connect me so I have now cancelled my payments
on my current house as I expect to move by the end of August
