Book an engineer

[MSH85]

I have received my quick start equipment however when I have gone to connect it we have no wall socket just two black wires coming in above the virgin media phone socket box. We have been on sky since we moved in but the previous people were in virgin. Could I book an engineer to come out and install an internal wall socket.

I am sorry to hear that you have had some issues with getting installed, unfortunately we are not able to book an engineer appointment for this from here.
