Random WAN light flashing

Hello, I'm a new customer of a month.  In general, when the Steve unit is working, the internet connectivity is good, but every couple of days the Steve model will flash RED for a random amount of time and then lose all internet connectivity.  Rebooting the unit does not help, and then at some point the unit will start working again.  Is there anyway to diagnose what is going on?  Any ideas on how I can avoid this?

Report the problem to customer services, they will be able to test your circuit.

Hi oofam,
I'm not familiar with a Steve unit so did some research and identified it as a VM Canadian modem model. Were you provided with this here in the UK?

Sorry didn't realize this was a UK forum :-)  It's what came up when I googled Virgin support.
