Quickstart

Have received my QuickStart pack today and have tried to set up but not had much luck ,av run  tests but still won’t connect ?

I'm guessing you rang the number in the documents to get it activated or replied to the text Virgin Media sent you (if they did)

Hi yes rang to activate and then tried again but still on green flashing bar at bottom

I would try and get through to technical support, sounds like there may be an issue with the cabling to your house.

Have you had Virign Media services there before now?
