My quickstart delivery was returned to sender by yodel after they were unable to deliver - bearing in mind I was home the whole time they claimed to have attempted delivery.
Spoke to vm who said they would arrange a redelivery of the quickstart kit, due tomorrow but having just logged in to my virgin media it says "you're not with virgin media anymore"
I specifically went with vm because the quick start kit would mean I could get Internet installed quickly so I would be able to work. I might have well opted for a different provider, in the time it takes for virgin to get this sorted an engineer could have come out to install!
Any thoughts on what i can do to resolve this?
