Quickstart kit received but no virgin wall socket

Hi, I searched my postcode and was told Virgin Media is already set up in my rental property so ordered a Quickstart kit, which has arrived but there is no virgin wall socket installed. Please can an engineer be sent to install the socket ASAP, I need wifi to work from home.

Self-serve QuickStart install is usually offered where there's previously been VM service at the address.

The quickest way to arrange a manned engineer installation will be to call in - 150 from a VM phone or 0345 4541111 from any other phone. Or wait around for staff to pickup, but that might take a day or so.

Start making alternative arrangements for your WFH in the meantime.

We're sorry to hear that you are having issues getting your Quickstart equipment installed. We can certainly get this changed to a manned installation for you. I just need to confirm the address to ensure we are booking the visit on the correct account.
