As title says, our self-install quick start delivery has been delayed by a month.
It was due to arrive on Tuesday 13th September but is now due to arrive on the 6th October.
Our house needs it to arrive for next week for University as it is a vital component of our course to be online.
What can I do?

Very little - VM (like others) are experiencing a shortage of and delayed deliveries of their Hubs due to the well publicised global supply issues.
In the meantime if you are in a Three 4G connection area you can get an unlimited data SIM from Smarty (see below) for £20/month - on a monthly contract - so can cancel at any time. Other mobile suppliers will have similar deals
Put it in a phone and tether your device to it - should get you through.

I'm sorry to hear about the delay of the VM equipment.
As @jbrennand, there is a shortage in hubs that we have.
Alternatively, we do have dongles if you wish to proceed with them? They would be sorted out by the pre-installation team, ring them on 0345 454 1111.
