Quickstart - No wall socket

Hi,

I believe the house had Virgin Media a few years ago, but there is no wall socket for my Quick Start.

There is a BT socket, that is basically just telephone cabling / cat5.

There is a single coax or satellite cable, but using a coupler the hub still shows red.
