Hello Virgin Media Team,
I requested the Quick Start kit and received an email from you with the following message:
"We have received your Gone Away form and will now review the details. You can expect a response within 48 hours.The Virgin Media team"
However, the 48 hours have passed and I still have not get any return.
Could you help me please with this issue? When should I receive the Quick Start kit, please?
