QuickStart box - no coaxial cable

Hi guys i received a QuickStart box with a superhub and v6 box, but they didn’t include a coaxial cable, so I used the existing one I had for the hub, but can’t connect the v6 box, am I doing it wrong?

Thought I’d ask here as i can’t get through to vm

Hey enajin, thank you for reaching out and a warm welcome to our community. 

So you have recently got an upgrade or was it just a new box? 

If you've had a V6 before and a coaxial cable it will just go the exact same set up as the old one has so literally just a swap over and plug the new kit into where the old kit was.

How was you struggling to set it for example can you not find where you are suppose to plug it in or is the wire not long enough? Thanks
