QuickStart Installation- no socket

Hi there

when Signing up for VM broadband it was recommended I use a QuickStart installation- I hadn’t moved into my new flat yet but assumed that if they gave me this option it was because they knew the correct fittings would be there. However in the flat I cannot find anything that looks like a VM socket either inside or outside. There are two black coax cables which look like something useful but don’t fit the router in any way. An engineer is coming but not for a number of days and I want to check I haven’t missed anything obvious.

I am sorry to hear that you have had some issues with getting your services installed. 

If there isn't a white box in the property you would need the engineer to attend.
