QuickStart FAIL

Hi all, 

Hoping for some assistance, unless I’ve tried everything.

received our QuickStart kit on Saturday afternoon. Plugged in, activated, endless flashing green light.

plugged laptop in, ping to 192.168.0.1 drops every 15 seconds or so. Get to “set password” section, never comes back.

tried pin hole reset, flashing green light. 

checked my socket, it has a small silver module labelled: technetix tris-1002l. Unscrewed this and tried to connect directly to cable coming into the home. Green flashing light (there’s a pattern here…)

spoke to virgin, told an appointment was booked for this friday, no appt scheduled. Tired of ringing and pressing the same buttons. Any suggestions?

Have you been able to speak with the team regarding this install?

A few times, yes but leads back to a tech engineer appointment every time. Let’s see if they can sort it Friday
