Just got my Virgin 3 hub, followed all the instructions and on the dashboard it says internet access denied, I just picked it up from post office today!!! Done everything it said on installation guide, so how do I get internet???
All self-install kit should now be despatched pre-activated, so after it has connected, downloaded the latest firmware & rebooted ( I would give it at least an hour to do this) you should have a solid white base light & nothing else.
