I have just received the hub 4 and tv 360 quick start self install kit. The power supply connector for the hub does not fit. The other power supplies for the tv 360 boxes also do not fit the hub. All 3 power supply connectors are the same. What is the best way to sort this issue, thanks, Jon.

Hi this is nick451 VM tech,

There is a difference between power packs wouldst like they just sent duplicate ones should be able to send replacement out contact call centre for this if your still got issues then private message me details and I will try and sort it.
