My new VM quick start broadband box is arriving tomorrow. I’ve realised I have no box to plug it into only these wires sticking out the wall! How do I get an engineer to come out & fit a box? Or should I cancel & stay with Sky? 🤷🏻♀️

Are the wires coming through - directly opposite the brown Omnibox on the outside wall?
Sometimes there is no box on the inside - just a cable.
If that is the case - you may need a coupler:
