Hi we had VM 5 years ago, and have decided to return (it's awful already but!) They sent a Quick start pack which needs a Faceplate? Now when we had VM before we never had a faceplate we just had a telephone socket, and no one at Virgin can tell me what work and damage they are going to do installing the faceplate, can anyone shed some light on this, as I about to cancel before it starts otherwise.
I have asked VM Customer services they helped as much as [REMOVED] in the wind, the tech team were just as useless.
So any help advice would be great before Tuesday 12th Feb 19 please.
We have a separate BT Openreach socket for the phone line Virgin installed the second socket for us to use the Broadband etc, it runs on a different cable which is in the loft and then out of the ceiling to the Virgin socket, its messy already have an BT & Virgin socket within 6" of each other!!
We had both Phone and ALL the Virgin channels via Virgin, so this to me makes no sense, Virgin installed cable to our house!
