Quick setup. But customer service lie to me

Got new equipment cos of upgrade.no internet no tv. No phone tone. 
rang them 3 times they said it will work its fine from our end. 
but last Advior told me that there are issues in ur area. As she wants to finsh shift and hang up. 
i checked on the website for service status. It is all fine. 
i rang my ex colleagues from kelly communications (who are virgin media’sub contractors). They said all is ok. No interruptions in your area. 

 

i know its lockdown situation but dnt take the customers if u cant sort them out on promised dates.
