Quick Start replacing Hub 3.0 desperation!

Today I got my replacement Hub 3.0, I did everything required but after hours trying to sort the problem I'm exhausted.  I reset and reboot multiple times,  I call costumer (1 hour waiting) service,  I activated the service twice and nothing.  Now I have 2 hub that don't work. I'm a cancer patient internet reliant to forget my pain.

Any other possibilities to solve the issue?

There are several posts including my own complaining of this. 

VM system for registering MAC addresses is down. As the engineer told me this morning. 

I have called then 3 times with the last piece of advice being "this isn't just your issue it's everyone"

Good news is I was assured the issue will be resolved within 3 working days.
