Quick Start Kit not delivered

Hi there,

I am currently scheduled to have my quick start kit delivered today, yet I have received nothing from Yodel and my Virgin Media track order page still says I'm waiting for a tracking number.

Its really frustrating given I have taken a day off work for the order to come.
