Quick Start Issue

I have everything set up and have a yellow light on the hub but I can not connect to the WIFI, I have rang the relevant number to activate the devices and rebooted as advised but still nothing hours later. Please can anyone assist? I have just moved in so didn’t know if the cables were actually active (they were already here when moved in) Thank you.

Thank you for reaching out to us in our community and a warm welcome to you, I am sorry to hear you aren't able to use your services after you set it up.

 

Did you activate the services before you set it up, this can cause issues as your are meant to call the activation numberfirst,

 

As it has been a couple of days since your last post have you managed to get everything working, if you have what was the issue?
