Hi Folks, has anyone had issue with property not coming up on Virgin’s database? It used to be a commercial property now residential but not coming up as even an address. Properties on street have Virgin broadband so I know Virgin cover.
I have rang sales guys but didn’t get any real help as they didn’t know. Any advice on what to do would be appreciated.
