There is a Virgin Media access panel in the grass verge 5ft from my garden. I called about getting Virgin Broadband and as the property was not cabled up they said they need to do some checks and would let me know within about 10 days.
Called them back today, about a month later, not having had a response to be told that it's not connected and there is no way to tell if it ever will be. The only option is to leave a mobile number and they'll text me if ever they do decide to connect it and that I had to go the virgin mobile route instead.
On the first call they said that they can check to see if we can be connected, although the connection may take a little while, but on the second call I was told they can't and don't do this.
