Problems after moving house

Moving house, called up to inform virgin and was told to take our hub and TV box from the old house and it would all work as of 8am the morning of the move (23rd). Plug it all in in the new house and the WiFi doesn't work. Been on the phone to virgin for over 3 hours today and spoken to 4 different people and it's still not sorted. Apparently it is still registered to my old address and account so can take 24 hours to deactivate before we can install our old router on the new account?

Hi Laureng, thanks for your post - apologies for the delay getting back to you.

 

Apologies for the delay getting your services up & running following your house-move as well. I appreciate this will not have been ideal at such a busy time. 

 

Checking on this today I get the feeling things have since been resolved, but if that's not the case please let us know so we can take further action if needed.
