Previous tenant wifi router

My wifi router arrives on 3rd of Jan.But my previous tenant left there wifi in the house.is it possible to use their wifi router until mine arrives.

No, it will be deactivated, they should have returned it. You can only have one hub on an account.

Sorry as advised already. The former tenant will have had the account closed now and the service will have been deactivated.

Have you tried plugging it in, with the off chance it does work?

We do apologise if this has not worked Siddhu.

The old account would have been deactivate so was a good chance it was not going to work. 

You will have to wait until your new hub is delivered in January before your can start using our services. It's not too long now though.
