Previous Tennant still has an active Virgin Media Account

Hi,

I have just moved house and arranged for a new Virgin Media accont to be set up. However the previous tennant still house an account with Virgin Media, so my account can not be activated due to the fact that any given address can only have 1 account.

I tried to call customer services and was connected to an offshore call center where I could not understand the person at all. I would like to speak to someone in the UK to find out what we can do and take the next steps in resolving the issue.

Any help with this is much appreciated.
