Hi,
We’re due to be booked in for the pre-pull and the appointment keeps getting delayed to the next day.
Is there any way I can reach out to the technician to arrange a potential date?
Is there a premium service that I can sign up to to expedite matters?

thats how it works - you should have 2 dates - the install date which is sometime in the future and the pre pull date that moves as you have seen - the pull is sub contracted and they will come when they come anytime up to the install date
you do not need to be in it will just happen
theres no one to ring and no premium service - why would there be?
