Pre install contact needed

Hi - I appear to be one of many with a failed/incomplete pre-install.  Avonline visited last week, did the cabinet work and found the access at the end of my drive.  They now need to run the cable to the side of the house, but it got to 6pm and the engineers left promising to return next morning.  Obviously they didn't, and the indoors install is planned for Thursday.  Who do I contact to make sure the indoors installer doesn't get here before the pre-install is done?  Thanks- David
