I have been without internet for nearly 2 months now. VM have failed to install it my property as they keep stating 'construction issues'. The external appointment's keep getting pushed back each day. The road was dug up by VM within the past 2 years and every property has a VM box outside of it so I cant see what the issue is. No one has turned up to check so I don't know how they would know its a construction issue. I have called time and time again and a date cant be given a date to when the services will be up and running, and no one gives me clear answers about the apparent 'issue'. It's completely unacceptable! I have tried to cancel many times over the phone but I keep getting cut off! Would it be best to write to VM about cancelation? Terrible, terrible service.
