Good morning. Yesterday I placed an order, set up a direct debit, confirmed the pre documents. I left the tab and everything was lost. I am afraid not to place the same order. I contacted the chat, but it didn't help. Now I don't know how to cancel it and does it make any sense to place the order again? I only got the pre-documents that I had confirmed and no more email. Do pre-documents commit to something? Does it just expire by itself if there is no contact with Virgin, no welcome email, no offical, legal contract?
