Power Levels wrong Ethernet ports on hub not working on every boot with DHCP Server fault

Hi,

 need an engineer to correct power levels as they are wrong and i also need a new hub as ethernet ports randomly stop working and start assigning IP addresses that are out of 192.168.0.1-256.

I do use some Mac address rules however have done so for a long time.

Just wanted to clarify on the DHCP issue i have done pinhole reset which is what caused the problem in the first place as requested by the team as my area has a congestion issue which is not fixed.
