Potential wrong address

I have recently moved home and I think I have put the wrong house number in when applying for broadband. Because the addresses where showing as flat number for example flat 1, flat 2 and my address is in let's such as 42a, 42b etc. Since theres a few of them I may have chose the wrong house. Is there someone who could help me?

Hi there,

you will need to call customer services to resolve this I’m afraid. You may need to cancel the order and rebook at the correct address.

Its possible the order may fail if the credit check doesn’t go through because of the address mismatch anyway.
