Postponement of delivery

I ordered the QuickStart installation package on August 30. At that time, it showed that the delivery time was September 2, but it did not arrive. Now the page shows that the new delivery date is September 9. Why does this happen? Can it be delivered in advance?

I'm sorry to see that your Quickstart package has been delayed. Is this being sent to a collect+ location or your home address?

When you were told that there was a delay with this, was a reason not given for this?
