Postcode check failed but VM available

Hi there,

I have a tenant who is trying to get fibre broadband in a block of flats. There is a VM supply (brown box outside) and the post code check for my specific flat doesnt work (no options shown) but does for other flats.

Could someone send me a message so the property options can be fixed?
