Postal address not found when checking if VM available in new house

As I work from home, I need to check if VM is available in the house we are buying (move date yet to be arranged) so that I can either arrange to move with VM, or start looking at other providers if VM isn’t available so that I can (hopefully) stay connected to the office.
The postcode search shows a neighbouring address (across the road), but that is the only one it can locate. Is it simply that FTTP has not been installed at my new address?

If so… is there any cost to me to have it installed or am I going to have to suffer slower speeds with other providers? Is there a time factor installing FTTP?

It's great to see you are looking to join us, we'd love to have you. I think the best step to take for this would be to give our sales team a call on 0800 183 1234 so they can arranged for a spotter to be sent to survey the property to see what services will be available.
