Post-RS errors appearing on router and V6

For the past few weeks I've noticed that I've been getting regular bursts of post-RS errors on both my router and my V6 TV box. This is after a good few months without much in the way of issues at all.

The bursts are somewhat isolated so hard to assess in full, but they seem to result in slowness or unresponsiveness on the internet, and momentary picture breakup on TV.

Checking my V6 box currently, three tuners are showing 1 unconnected error via the diagnostics screen, while one tuner (on channel 127) has had 48. That's in approximately the last three hours only, going by the times states elsewhere on the same screens.

On the router, I've rebooted a week or two back which reset the counts, but hasn't stopped the figures from climbing.

Stats currently are as follows (split across the next few posts) - can someone from Virgin take a look and let me know if there's something wrong with my cable line - and if so, when they'll fix it?
