I am moving home, virgin media said it is easy to set it up at new home. However, I tried and failed, I tried live chat, they only asked me to call.
I tried to call for technical support, the telephone system said it's no problem on my network and hang up. I called again, and the system still hang up.
Poor service, I can't get any support. Virgin media collected moving home fee from me, but it didn't provide equal value service.
I wish to cut the service and make a complaint to virgin media.

Call the pre-installs team on 0800 052 1734 8AM- 9PM Monday - Friday or 8AM-6PM Saturday and Sunday
If you terminated your contact there may be an exit fee charged depending when it ends.

Hey disappointed122,thank you for reaching out and I am very sorry to see you you've had a poor experience we know moving home can be a stressful time.
At this moment, have you tried to put a request in for a move and transfer?
