Poor Installation

Awful installation, why don’t they bury it? Also old wires left exposed on the other side of the driveway. No one knocked to ask me to check or even that they were there. Infuriating

Welcome to the forums and many thanks for your recent post. I'm so sorry to hear that you've had a poor installation and that the cables haven't been buried adequately.

As per goslow's advice too, any pictures you can provide of the state of the cables would be very useful for us to help provide the right support.
