Hi, is my connect app supposed to look like that? All my devices are connected to the hub and nothing to the pod. My Internet is really bad, and I can't get any wifi in the bedrooms regardless of the pod being on.

I am so sorry that you have faced some issues with your connection, everything looks OK from your screenshot. Have you been able to run further checks in the app?
Have you also tried moving the location of the Pod at all?

Hi, sorry didn't realise you had replied to my last message. I've moved the pod all over the house, the app is not particularly great. The pod is saying off line, which pretty much says mist days, with the light going on or off.
