Pls help - quick start box not arrived on the second attempt :/

An attempted delivery was returned to them because our moving into the property took a month longer than expected and so we weren't there to receive it - so fair enough.

When I phoned virgin on the 30th Sep the operator told me about the previous attempt and said he would send another one ASAP and that it will arrive in the next 2-3 days.  In other words, by today, and I've been checking lots.  I also havent received any SMS/EMail from delivery companies so I think something has gone wrong.

Sooo .. I phoned VirginMedia on 03454541111 and tried to get through to a person in right department but what I've done is queued up to speak to virgin via SMS.  The transcripts are below, please ignore some of the chats messages i sent i got bored. 

I also mentioned the fact that the package that was specified in the contract i signed does not match my Virgin Online Account package by a long way but thats a possible issue i have to deal with later.

So, the million dollar question for me is, does it look like, from the screenshots, that virgin are going to contact me back in the next 24 hours ?

Alternatively, is there a better way to solve my problem - a more direct way so to speak 😉
