Please help, 3 weeks without Internet

Hi, can anyone help, I had fibre broadband installed on  3rd of June, it worked great for 2 days, but since then its pretty much been off all day/night for past 3 weeks, if I reboot it about 15 times it might work for about 1hr, then stops for a few days again with a alternating flashing green/static. base light.

Phone support are useless just advise every day, unknown issue in area no eta on a fix and won't send an engineer.
