I got a letter stating that there was planned maintenance in my area on the 15th of July on my broadband, the work went ahead, had numerous reboots throughout the day.
before the work my downstream channels were all in spec, I had 4 upstream channels again all in spec, I’ve checked my stats this morning, my downstream power levels are all over the place I now only have 3 upstream channels not 4 and the power levels are now over 51db which I believe is to high, I’m now seeing constant errors in the logs and the connection is unreliable
Have they completed the maintenance ? It may have over-ran.
